Yearly Payment T&Cs:
Loyalty rewards cannot be used for any already discounted treatment items, treatment bundles or products, and are redeemable within 6 months. They are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless stated. Monthly dermal treatments should be used within the calendar month and cannot be ‘stacked’, except for 1 calendar month ‘grace period’ to allow for travel or other reasons. In this case, 2 treatments can be performed in the month before of after the ‘grace period’ month to ensure ongoing clinical benefit. Two months notice is required to facilitate the ‘grace period’. 

Weekly/Fortnightly Payment T&Cs:
Minimum sign up of 3 months.  Cancellation notice of 30 days. Payment accepted via direct debit weekly or fortnightly. Loyalty rewards cannot be used for any already discounted treatment items, treatment bundles or products, and are redeemable within 6 months. They are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless stated. Monthly dermal treatments should be used within the calendar month and cannot be ‘stacked’. The membership can be ‘paused’ for 1 month per annum to allow for travel or other reasons. 2 months’ notice is required to facilitate the ‘pause’.
