Meet Our Menopause Team | Forresters Beach & Newcastle

At You by Dr Shauna Watts, our menopause doctors in Forresters Beach and Newcastle provide personalised, evidence-based menopause care that is never rushed or one-size-fits-all. We believe every woman deserves time, understanding and a comprehensive, whole-body approach when navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Our menopause consultations are designed to support women experiencing a wide range of symptoms. Initial appointments run for a full hour, allowing time to explore your symptoms in detail, review your medical history, and discuss changes associated with perimenopause and menopause. This may include concerns such as sleep disturbances, mood changes, low energy, skin changes, weight fluctuations, sexual health and long-term wellbeing.

The doctors within our menopause team have been personally selected by Dr Shauna because they share a commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based menopause medicine, delivered with empathy, time and genuine attention to the whole person.

Our goal is simple: to ensure every woman feels heard, supported and confident about her health through midlife, menopause and beyond.
