Dr Shauna Watts is a highly experienced GP with a special interest in women’s health, menopause, and medical aesthetics. She leads a team of exceptional doctors, offering a holistic, patient-centred approach that addresses health, lifestyle & overall wellbeing.
Dr Shauna is a member of the Australian Menopause Society and a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician. She holds bachelor degrees in Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics from Queen’s University Belfast (1999), and is a member of the Royal College of GPs UK (RCGP, awarded with distinction) with fellowship in the Australian College of GPs. Winner of the Evelyn Boyds Smith Gold Medal for excellence in General Practice, she is also an experienced university lecturer.

Dr Sandra Rahme is an experienced women’s health and aesthetic medicine doctor with a special focus on peri-menopause, menopause and holistic wellbeing. With postgraduate training in women’s health, paediatrics and extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, she blends medical expertise with a thoughtful, natural-results approach.

Sandra is known for her warm bedside manner, precise clinical skills and genuine passion for empowering women to feel confident and supported through every stage of life. Her philosophy centres on supporting women to feel empowered, confident and at ease in their own skin — inside and out.

She completed her medical degree at the University of Adelaide, followed by extensive hospital and specialty training within the St George and Sutherland Hospital network in Sydney, before achieving Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2016.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, tennis, baking and spending time with her husband and three young children.

Outside of work, Angelo is a proud father of two, navigating a lively household where three languages are spoken. A competitive soccer player for his local team, he also enjoys relaxing with a glass of scotch on ice after a busy day.

My career spans critical care and emergency nursing, aeromedical retrieval, midwifery, and general practice, shaping a calm, skilled, and highly adaptable approach to client care.
In my spare time, you might find me surfing or enjoying the outdoors with my family. I have a strong interest in skin, ageing and aesthetics across a wide range of clients, including those with active lifestyles and those navigating broader health and wellness concerns.
I am deeply committed to clinical excellence and safety, with advanced assessment skills and meticulous attention to detail. My approach to treatment planning is holistic and client-focused. I believe in considering the whole person rather than isolated concerns. Building strong, trusting relationships with clients is central to my practice, ensuring each plan is thoughtful, personalised, and aligned with natural, balanced outcomes.

Dr Ruth Curtis

Dr Ruth Curtis graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine (BMed/MD) from the University of New South Wales in 2017. She completed the majority of her undergraduate medical training and General Practice training in Coffs Harbour before becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2024.

Ruth has completed a Diploma in Palliative Medicine through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and holds a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health with the Family Planning Alliance Australia (FPAA). She has a special interest in women’s health across the reproductive lifespan, with a particular focus on perimenopause and menopause. She is passionate about integrating evidence-based lifestyle medicine with whole-person, patient-centred care to support women’s long-term health and wellbeing. She is currently undertaking a Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine and is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society.

Outside of medicine, Ruth enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, cooking, exercising and reading.
