Michelle Cuneo

Couples Therapy & Individual Counselling
Red Thread Relationships

When your relationship feels more like a roommate arrangement… when every conversation turns into conflict… when intimacy fades, and resentment quietly builds — it can feel like your life’s on hold. You don’t have to stay there.
I work with women and couples to navigate disconnection, conflict, betrayal, anxiety, burnout, and shifts in identity. Many clients also bring concerns around intimacy and desire, which can stem from relational patterns, past trauma, or emotional disconnection. I support individuals through life transitions and challenges, including parenthood, life after divorce, career changes, and menopause. Together, we restore clarity, strengthen resilience, and build connection — in your relationships and within yourself.
As a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, with clinical training in the Gottman Couples Therapy Method and integrating EFT, Family Therapy, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities, I create bespoke plans tailored to each client’s needs. You’ll leave with renewed focus, a clear direction, and practical strategies to create the changes you want.
