Cassie is a highly respected Accredited Exercise Physiologists offering individualised programs for strength, mobility, metabolic health, and rehabilitation.
Taking a holistic approach, Cassie is committed to empowering her clients to achieve lasting results. She integrates self-management strategies into her consultations, ensuring her clients are equipped for sustained success.
Cassie studied a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and a Masters of Exercise Physiology, where she delved deep into the intricacies of human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.
Cassie is also a Certified Level 1 Strength and Conditioning coach.

Rebecca Beaton- Eat Sense
Growing up in the country surrounded by passionate gardeners and home cooks, Rebecca developed a love for fresh, seasonal produce that inspired her nutrition career. She has extensive experience in both community and private practice settings across NSW, delivering nutrition education and cooking programs.
Rebecca specialises in managing chronic health conditions including type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, PCOS, IBS, and IBD, while also supporting those living with disabilities. She is particularly passionate about women's health and supporting women through menopause to optimize body composition, improve bone density, overcome fatigue and brain fog, and navigate gut symptoms, sleep difficulties, and cholesterol challenges.
As a busy working mum in her forties, Rebecca empathises with women facing these challenges. She provides practical, personalised dietary advice and lifestyle education tailored to individual circumstances for long-lasting healthy lifestyle change.
